    I noticed theres an icon for GPS monitoring builtinto the software. Could you have bought this unit with builtin gps? If so, can you stll order it?

    It works with the built-in WWAN, so if you have that active, you should be able to use it.

    The GPS is carrier based GPS system. You need to have Sprint WWAN activated (need account) and the GPS will work as well. Its the same thing with their cell phones (and verizon as well). They have GPS that is built in to their networks and when WWAN is paid for you get the GPS working as well.

    Yeah, just like your Verizon or Sprint phone has A-GPS, the built-in card has it too. But it needs to access the network to work.
