    Hello guys
    I`ve got vaio vpceb1s1e with ati 5650 graphic card inside. Can I unlock integrated intel graphic in i5 cpu?

    As far as I understood what is going on with non swichable graphics core iX + discrete graphic card :

    1) it is no locked up, but just unused
    2) because it is unused, the internal graphics part of core iX processor is not linked to the screen or external ports

    I think you can't use this at all. (but I might be wrong)

    The particular chipset used (PM55) doesn't support the Intel HD Graphics output. The graphics core is still in the processor, but there is no way possible to use it.

    E-Series uses HM55. It's technically possible, the GPU is there laying dormant, and yes it is all wired up to the screen etc, but it needs to be enabled.. which you can only do via the BIOS, which is locked out by Sony. So no, it's not possible I'm afraid.
