    how to update BIOS for PCG-9T2N sony vaio notebook, it is some phoenix BIOS.

    If you do not already know, and there is not a really good reason to do it I would not even try. Doing something wrong when flashing a BIOS can leave you in some serious trouble and force you to have to ship your laptop in.

    So if you do not know exactly which BIOS to get, and how to update it then I would leave it. If you really need to do then maybe seek professional help with it?

    After reading that goto Sony's site and read all the support information there about flashing your BIOS.
