    sony added the 1.86 GHz core i7 to this series. i'm interested in getting this laptop in the near future, wondering, does it have room for an additional hdd ? i was planning on snagging it with the 256GB ssd, but want to add another drive for storing backups & things ...

    that truely sux. for my needs i would use up about 160-180 gb, wonder if its safe to buy an ssd for a laptop used daily. worried about data loss.
