    how easy to access SA's memory slot and how easy to find the matching pair DIMM? leaning toward the SA but will settle for the 4G it comes with and upgrade later on.

    two screws remove the access panel.

    Slight problem: the stock 4GB, is soldered onto the mobo itself. Not kidding, here.

    It's DDR3 1333, dunno the CAS timings (will need to read the actual IC's letterings, since CPUz cannot pick it up).

    4GB PC3-10600 DDR3 1333MHz

    That's all you really need. Doesn't matter the brand.

    thanks, do you know whether CA series's stock RAMs are also soldered on as well?

    4GB is soldered with 1 open slot (if you get the 4GB RAM option. 6GB and higher, you can just remove the other stick).
