    I Wonder if its possible to upgrade the cpu on Z2

    Intel Core i7-3920XM this one looks nice :p but i guess there will be some compatibility problem.

    Can we upgrade the cpu on a Z2 at all ?

    Possible, but it is not user swapping.
    Z2 CPU is soldered on the board.

    ^ this and I have to add, if you want to change the cpu, you probably will have to change other components. Maybe even the mobo. So I wouldnt really suggest doing so.
