    usb power issue

    OK we all (most of us) know about the usb bug that will drain the batteries faster (up to 25% faster). I know if you apply the patch it will make it work correctly unless you use standby. Then the patch is nulled when waking up.

    What about hibernation? Will it work after taking it out of hibernation?

    Good point, because i use hibernation (or at least try to) frequently. Also does anyone have a link to an executable that will automatically apply the fix for me?

    I applied the patch by manually tweaking the registry but im not sure if it even worked since i did it as soon as i got my notebook.

    I'm in the same boat as you. Hibernation sounded like it SHOULD work because it shuts down the computer and makes a snapshot of what was in memory. But since I applied the patch as soon as I got the sz160 I dont know if it works or not. I mean I know it works. As when I played a movie I could hit 3+ hrs, and I'm pretty sure I did that only after I did the patch.

    Yeah, im starting to wonder if this fix is the real culprit behind my hibernation problems.
