    Hi,Someone is selling me a new vaio a130 for 1800$ ,is it a fair price?
    Does it run 3d games with high levels of gfx?

    MOBILITY RADEON 9200 is slow for newer shooters.
    9700/X600 is the minimum i would take.
    but i recommend 9800/X700 if you want play with more details.

    if you need it only for strategy games and rarly for shooter 9200 might be ok.

    It comes with 1.5 centrino and 256mb only
    now my question is:
    What would you do between bying a Vaio with all the quality it brings but only with 1.5 centrino , 256mb ram(I will add 256 more) and a radeon 9200 OR an Acer 1692 which come with a 1.73 sonoma,512mb,x600 64 mb and a xbright screen...?
    The Acer has greater specs of course but the vaio has greater quality and name,so what should I choose?
