I bought Vaio FZ190 from Sonystyle about 2 weeks back, and today on their web site I checked they are offering free location free TV base station. Is it possible if I call them and request for a price match to get that offer. Does anyone have any experience and whats the Sony's policy.

I know that they have been offering the TV base station for almost a month now on sonystyle.com. You should have been eligiable for it when you bought your FZ. When I called sonystyle's number and talked to a CSR about the FZ, they mentioned the TV base station and how I would get it for free. Sounds like you got screwed. I would give them a call and plea your case. They should send you one and if not i would raise a little hell lol.

p.s. make sure you got the reciept on hand to give them all your information about your recent purchase.
