Does FZ190 model have a webcam built into it, and there a magnesium casing or just plastic one. and are the notebboks on b2b.sony different than on the consumers line, in terms of build and magnesium casing and so.

    -Webcam, yes
    -Casing, plastic
-Quality, no i dont think so, I think its just that they pre-install Vista Business, and/or maybe the tech support is different.

As they say in the NBA, "No Blood? No foul!". ...grin...

Parts of it ARE plastic. But the chassis itself is magnesium.

The reason I'm asking about webcam is because I received an email from sony after placing an order, but under order specification it doesnot mention about camera. so I would like to know if webcam is a default feature.
