    Hi Guys,
    Recently I bought sony fw490 (Radeon 4650 1GB, 8GB ram, 2.8Ghz 6mb cache, fullHD). I am getting only 19-23 fps for crysis. Should I be tuning some video parameters to boost this?

    What setting did u play on low? medium? If high and very high 4650 can't handle that with/ without full hd resolution. Laptop not for gaming man i found that down when i tried many game... I wonder if my laptop which just like your can play starcraft 2 smoothy because i tried red alert 3 and the frame is sux.

    I am not sure where I can set that. Does it come under radeon display property settings?
    The settings as of now are, 'Desktop Area' : 1920*1080 , 'color quality' : high (32bit)

    errm I mean what your crysis setting. About pump up your graphic card power people trying to overlock the hd4650 but i'm not dare to do that. You can try if u want it in hd4650 overlock topic.

    Thanks, I have another question. what is the firewire version in FW? is it 400 or 800. I am planning to buy an bootable external harddrive and use it for games(as i am running out of space in my 320gb h/d). The one that came with my laptop I am planning to use it for general purpose.
