vaio sony laptop cr353/l

hey,

i am new to all this so please bear with me as i try and explain what the problem is, i have a few problems first one is i bought my vaio laptop cr353/l about 4 weeks now and ever since i got it ive had problems with it tried to take it back to david jones and get my money back but they just pushed me away anyway, the sound on the laptop is very low even when i play a dvd i cant hardy hear it i went into control panel and sound and everything is at 100% but there is no icon that says sound manager or anything like that i have a realteak hd audio and its vista 32 thats the first problem

The second problem is that i got a blue screen and it said dump memory so i rebooted and it wouldnt load windowx vista it just kept on going to the blue screen also it wouldnt let me do a system restore either so i tried to reformat the computer by using my recovery disc that i made when i purchased the laptop went through the process step by step it went to 17% formating and i got an error saying 503:64 and it rebooted so i went through the same steps again it did the same thing but the error was different 305: 64 so i rang sony up and they got the technican guy toring me back and they did i followed what they told me todo like i did before and it didnt work. After about 20 attempts i got it half of windows vista installed but i got the vaio contents missing and the office 2007, and my nortons 2009 missing i tried to get them back but havent
