My vaio sz340P fan I think is always running.

NHC shows CPU temp @46 degree, HD temp @33 degree and frequency @1.00 GHz. If I reboot, while windows is booting up, the fan speed goes really high and become noisy. also in windows environment fan noise gets loud rapidly if I open some window and do some winrar works.

what is the problem with fan?

Yeahh... I have the SZ440 and I don't have that problem at all... maybe it's your unit because those temps don't seem too high. I don't know if the SZ340 has the "S2" shortcut button right next to the stamina/speed switch... but if you press that it lowers the fan RPM and decreases the noise. I personally have no idea why your fan is being so erratic though.
