I have just bough my t series ( SVT13112FXS) my fan is always running although there is no heating problem. cpu heating is normal level (45 C) also cpu usage is ok.

what should I do? I dont think there is dust in my notebook, and I could not find any fan option in bios screen.

I owned the Vaio T for like 3 weeks. The fan noise something you will have to deal with. There is no way to quite it. I've even tried to replace the thermal paste and that didn't help. I recommend that you contact Sony regarding it and see if they can release a BIOS update or return it for another machine. I made a series of videos if you want to check it out...

You should be able to return it with no problem. As I said, I opened the back and even replaced the thermal paste and I got a full refund. Look into the Asus Zenbook Prime UX32VD if you want an Ultrabook with similar to better specs but I think the fan noise may be something unavoidable on Ultrabooks from what I've been hearing from reviews. That's why I went with the Lenovo X230 for portability, upgrade-ability, long battery life and quite operation

I loved x220 and still think x230 is one of the best. You're right, but I just wanted something similar to mac book air with less money. You know, x230 looks a little fat these days. Anyway, I really enjoyed your vids, especially the last one (how to boot on ssd)

Thanks. I am going to post my written review very soon. I've been very busy lately but I feel the Vaio T is a great machine with some downsides that Sony did purposely to get you to buy their higher end Vaio S Premium and Z laptops.
