This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi maybe i'm being paranoid, but i recently notice there's a gap in the taskbar between the battery icon and touchpad for no reason. Is this normal? i attach a photo of this.

    Yeah, its entirely normal. Vista separates commonly needed system icons from other running programs in the taskbar. You can adjust these by going to the start menu, right clicking on the taskbar, clicking properties, then going to the notification area tab, and below the system icons are adjustable, as are the others in the customize button on the same tab.
