the right mouse key takes a lof of pressure to actuate. I called sony and they will not sell a service manual to a customer, only an authorized repair center. It is out of warranty. I just want to fix it. Any Ideas?

Open it up and make sure the mouse and key bits are clean and attached properly to the underside of the palmrest. There should be teardown guides in the stickys at the top of the forum...
