Does anyone know if the memory card adapter (vgp-mca20) can read 4gb sd cards? It came with my SZ110.

4gb? Those are new. Anyways, SD is a design format that is universal. It will read it if the card is Secure Digital.

I am not so sure, Phil17, because every card reader has their limits. Like mine, it can read only up to 1 GB.
