i have the sz4x which the business oem is preinstalled, is it possible to activate vista ultimate oem by changing to a ultimate oem cdkey after upgraded from business?
is the business bios slic code will be same as the ultimate bios slic code?
or do i need to give a new license by using slmgr.vbs command in vista ultimate first then enter a oem ultimate cdkey.
    thanks in advance.

You can use the Windows Anytime Upgrade found in the Control Panel, but i have no idea if it works (never tried it before)

I paid for the upgrade from business to ultimate $139 for my sz460. I had to order the windows anytime upgrade disc, so im still waiting for that. I tried using a retail ultimate upgrade disc but i guess it is not the same as the anytime disc, since it didnt work. I got a flash of a blue screen at the end of the installation and reboot. Im hoping that the anytime upgrade disc will end up working, a few more days till that arrives. Ill keep you updated. I have read that some things might not work, but i can't see why. Vista is Vista, why would something work with Business and not with Ultimate.

I was able to upgrade from v.business (preinstalled )to v.ultimate w/o waiting for the disc. I just followed the wizard from the control panel.
