The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    So... I don't know if anyone here has had a similar issue but...

    I connect to my office via a cisco VPN client; I can successfully connect to the vpn from my home via WiFi, but my exchange won't sync, I can't Remote Desktop to other computers on the network, and neither will VNC.

    The real weird thing here is that when i connect through my wwan connection, everything works FINE. I have tried from multiple locations, through my wired and wireless connections and nothing seems to work but the wwann...

    Anyone had problems with the connection manager application causing problems with virtual network adapters (i.e. cisco systems vpn client)?
