    Anyone here know what is the exact or closer model in Japan which is equivalent to my US model of VGN-SZ650N ?

    Please kindly advise.

    I would suggest that you go to this webpage below and use the drop down bar and look at the specs of the SZ models there. The Asian, AU and EU market all used the same laptops specs so you might not be able to get a direct match. The nearest model to the model you own might be a SZ58GN or a SZ57SN/C.

    I was using SZ74B previously. It is close to SZ650N.
