    whats happened?? help!!!!!!

    i got a sony fz21e, i turned it on and it doesn't work right anymore. it loads up as normally but instead of the norm windows page (desktop) come up i just get a blank screen but my file opens with all the norm folders down the left side i.e pictures, videos. documents. I downloaded a file b4 i shut it down but deleted it coz wasn't what i wanted then shut the laptop down and when it started it up again i got this blank screen.

    please help?????

    The desktop background is gone? Can you change it?

    sorry not very good at explainig stuff anything, the desktop has gone its just a blank screen no icons no taskbar nothing as if its still off, but it loads up my file window for some reason?
