Definitely uninstall the old drivers and clean them out with driver cleaner pro.

and can I delete 16367.exe driver and 163.67_VISTA folder from my desktop and for good?

I also have a few questions on Intel GMA X3100.
I think i have the version 7.14.10.1244. I checked here
and found a different version. Is there one I should update with? and when I do install it should I uninstall the driver first?

    thanx
