    Hello,

I was curious to what you guys recommend between the two models

I haven't bought a sony in a long long time, how do they compare to the new Asus laptops the M50 B4 series?

I would like to get a sony but their warranty is kind of killing the price.

Also - i know this is dumb i dun't know why i prefer dedicated graphics i never play games .. i say i will but I NEVER WILL,

will i notice a difference with integrated when doing web development , photoshop, advertising programs etc?

or VGNFW180D ( does this one have the ECO display ) ? ?

    Example the following laptop here:

    says
    Display
    Screen Size: 16.4"
    Resolution: 1920x1080
    XBRITE-FullHDâ„¢: Technology: Yes

the others don't, what is that difference

woops, I was going to post here last day, not sure if you will see any difference for graphic development with the card, I would imagine a dedicated video card would be better.

the 180D does not come with the hi color screen, its just 1600x900 eco xbrite screen, whereas the 285 does come with a hi color fullHD screen.

also I think the 180 comes with 32 bit vista while the 285 comes with 64 bit vista.

finally the 180 has a slightly faster CPU than the 285, 2.4 vs 2.26 ghz
