    Hey guys,

This issue has been driving me insane for the past few weeks and I've no way to fix it. Simply put, I have Office 365 and when using Outlook it constantly crashes ALL the time. Can happen at any time but usually happens roughly 20-30 times a day. At first I thought it was a system fault and went back to the place of purchase. They were kind enough to supply me with a replacement machine, update the BIOS, change the hardware etc so I have a new unit with a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro. I've spoken to Microsoft countless times and they seem to think it's an issue with Windows 10, which I disagree as I've put my email account onto Thunderbird and that hasn't crashed on me once. I've also updated to the latest version of Windows 10 so I'm honestly not sure what the issue could be, I've attached a screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried repairing your installation from the control panel or ran the installer for Office to see if everything was fine? I am running the latest build of Windows 10 enterprise and it's working fine for me.

Other than that, do you have any kind of third party add-ins, etc. that might be interfering?

I would if repair doesn't work - uninstall and then reboot and reinstall it again. And if it doesn't work still then you need to contact and hollar at M$ Office support about this problem.

Already tried uninstalling and re-install countless times. Nothing solves the issue. One person told me to try and disable hardware acceleration in Office, I'll see how that goes.

Tried that many times. M$ support is trash btw

That might actually work, hope it does. If not, try updating your video drivers (both Intel and other if you have switchable graphics).

That would be something to try that option if you have it there to disable.

That reminds me that is why I bought Standalone Office 2016 and not have to worry about 365 problems.
