    Hello there,

I recently landed a job where I am to repair and resolve different problems regarding computers. So far one of the biggest hassles is to keep track of it all and updating my co-workers on the different computers and whether or not they are fixed.

So I was wondering if there is some sort of software which could help me in this matter. Features I am looking for:
    • - Creating repair cases with different info e.g. customer name, computer serial number and problem description.
    • - Access to the data and being able to update them remotely (through a web interface or something).
    • - Update status / add more info to an already existing case e.g. what steps I have taken towards fixing the computer.
    • - Overview-feature: generating some sort of list of all the cases so I can get a quick look and maybe sort by date or something.

The software does not necessarily have to be tailor-made to this task and I am open to tweaking it a little myself if the source is open.

I hope you guys can help me out and your help would be greatly appreciated :)

There isn't much out there that is free (I couldn't find any), but if you know how, it is really easy to build a database/frontend/backend on a webserver with php/sql
