    Open Utorrent > Options > Speedguide

    Check to see if the ports are open. If its not it will guide you through on how to open

    it doesn't matter which port you open as long as one is open for you. The number will not matter

    Yes it will work, the patch replace tcpip.sys as far as I know. So it doesn't matter what tcpip.sys version you have.

    You also need to enable port forwarding on your router; ie, telling your router that program A is going to need access to TCP port whatever (ex, 6881). Otherwise it will be blocked.
