I have a laptop with the Microsoft Vista Business O/S and both my Music and Pictures system folders are white out and cannot be accessed. Because the Music folder is "gone," my iTunes will not install. What can I do?

If you're on the Administrator account those grayed out folders inside the Documents folder are not your "real" folders. Your real Music and Pictures folders will be inside the Administrator folder.
