    i get the message 'exception processing message 0x000007b Parameters 0x762A023C...'whenever i play certain music video on Realplayer. i can't generalize the file types..sometimes it happens when i played mpg,wmv,wma. i use Vista btw.

    i would check the path to media files and re.install realplayer (vista version, from ver10) as a last resort
