This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Interface lift has a little thingy where you can customize the wallpapers size before you download.

    If you're willing to make your own sizes (by cropping and resizing), stock exchange has some great, free-license photos. You do have to create an account, but they have a wide variety.

    All three sites listed so far are ones I go to often :p.

    InterfaceLIFT, DeviantArt and Stock.XCHNG are all great places to get wallpapers and photos for free without breaking intellectual property rights and such.
