Link. I use Adblock + and Xmarks, best browser for me. :D Chrome is now good enough for me that I left Firefox.

Finally.... I never use FF without AdBlock Plus, Nonscript and WOT.

    Where's the equivalent of NonScript?

    good stuff
    i love FF especially xmarks

but it eats up SO much ram compaired to chrome i'm pretty disappointed

    (i'm using windows 7 x64, FF 3.5)
when i used and older version of FF on windows 7 beta, it seemed to take up less.

i wonder if its the new firefox or the 7

Forgive my ignorance, but how exactly do we install extensions? I've downloaded the latest dev version (4.0.223.16), and did the --enable-extensions parameter but when I try to install ad-block from the site, it just asks me if I want to save the file (which I do)? Do I have to save it to a specific folder?

Save the file, then it will download and you click on it and go from there.

Hmm, apparently that file type (.crx) is not registered to run with Chrome (or anything else for that matter).

    Thanks for the heads up!

Using ChromePlus here and ad-block works perfect. But WOT doesn't.

ok, this is starting to me off. i have added the -enable-extensions to the short cut, but everytime I try to install an extension it keeps telling me that I have to enable my extensions.

can anyone walk me through this?

Try a guide? Or in 4 Dev version I don't think you even need that anymore.

thanks for all those who replied, but im still having trouble.

I have followed all the tutorials here as well as download the new dev version and nothing has worked. Whenever I go try to save an extension, there is a message that pops up saying that I do not have the extensions enabled.

I am running win7, so I dont know if that has anything to do with it.

Did that actually, no luck. Anyway, never mind, FF will do for the while.
