I was wondering if it was possible to upgrade a 32-bit xp to 64-bit xp?
Not doing a new install just an upgrade from a full install of 64-bit xp...

    Please let me know.. Thanks!!

Sure. XP 64 is mostly pointless, though. If you don't have a specific reason to run XP 64 (other than you just want to), don't. It's not worth it.
