    32-bit setup launcher

    im trying to install an old game and when i click the setup launcher i get an hour glass for 10 sec then goes away. If i look in my task manager i see 32-bit setup launcher in the processes tab. what may be causing the install shield to not come up?

    I would contact the company that made the game but they are no longer around. I would contact install shield but they said to contact the original manufacture for support.

    The game is Janes F/A-18 and through my reaserch i have found that people have got it to run on vista. I have ran the setup launcher on admin and under all of the compatibility settings.

    Any ideas on how to get the install shield to show up??
