I downloaded and ran 3dmark 06 on my new p-6860. After it was done, an internet window opened and under "your system" the score was 7422.
Is that my real score? Is it good?

    Yes.

Your CPU is basically bottlenecking your score. If you upgrade to a faster processor such as a T9300, your score would increase moderately.

That's your real score. Sounds pretty decent not knowing your specs.
