    Ah... Took me forever to upload all of that. Ripped my entire copy apart and scanned it. Anyways, download the PDF and go all the way down to the 501 tweaks. Very, very useful. It is the June PCMag featured article. And basically, there are 501 tweaks for tech in your daily life ranging from cell phones to Office 2007 to Vista.
