Is there any 64bit compatible power management software that functions similarly to RMClock? Specifically, the application should have
    1)Performance on Demand (Must have)
    2)heat/voltage/CPU Speed Control
    3)voltage controls for CPU Multipliers

    Thanks in advance.
RMClock does not work on 64bit Vista :(

Don't know if it supports Vista 64bit but have you looked at Notebook Hardware Control? (I'm not sure of all the exact features of this program...)
