Is there anyway to split it into let's say 2 parts from the GUI. I've been looking around it and i can't seem to do this and it's very annoying as my Flash drive is FAT32 so that means 8GB max file size. So is there anyway to do this?

Yes...
BTW...fat32's file size limitation is 4GB.
When you archieve a file, just specify your "split to volume, bytes" otpion to your needs. -
oh ok well i knew it was small :/. OK i'll try it again.

Try formatting your flash drive to NTFS. You'll lose some space, but if you have more than 2GB you probably won't notice the difference.
If I recall (last time I did this was in XP, things may have changed), you won't be able to do it by right clicking the drive and selecting Format; it will only give you the options of FAT or FAT32. But it's entirely possible to format it to NTFS using the Command Prompt. -

Windows does that if you're using a flash drive that's below 2GB or something. Larger capacity flash drive (below 32GB) have both fat32 and ntfs, but not fat.
7zip question about splitting archive.
