So I went to check emails and I noticed when I hold shift and 2 I get a " and when I hold the shift and " button I get a @. Basically the 2 and the " are mixed up and I have no idea why or how. I did Just do a reformatt with Vista Ultimate. Anyone shed some light on this?

chnaces are you've installed the wrong language/region pack when you installed.

If you go to controll panel, Regional and Language Options, keyboards and languages, you should be able to change the keyboards there.
