It's puzzling me. It recently appeared, for reasons beyond my comperhension.
It says:
"
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. This application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
"
Any clue? The HHCTRL.OCX seems to be a part of a windows help system. Neither of the files have been modified recently, and there seems to be no evidence of a virus either (I have an up-to-date F-Secure and a Blacklight). I was wondering that maybe a program like registry mechanic could fix it.
It's not (apparently) causing any damage except annoyance, but I'd like it gone.
