Microsoft has released Version 11.0 of the free Process Explorer utility which is a more detailed version of Task Manager.

If you've ever wondered what's running on your computer and if it was safe to end a certain process, this utility is for you. More detailed info than Task Manager and it includes a web search function for those hard-to-decipher processes.
