Hi, I am using a new laptop with GTX 1660 ti on Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

I really don't know how to define this problem specificly, I can only list out the specific software that have problems. Already searched over internet and found nothing works!

Since I keep my machine running all the time. After a while, without signout/restart/ there are some softwares that keep freezing and can't open at all!

    1. Clip Studio Paint Pro (drawing software): https://www.clip-studio.com/
This software turn black and become unresponsive when I launch it.

    2. pcsx2 (PS2 emulator): https://pcsx2.net/
This software become unresponsive when I tried to load a ROM

This is driving me crazy since Clip Studio is my tool for work, pcsx2 is for gaming since I love playing old PS2 games.

What drives me crazy is that these software usually run without any problem, then after a while they freeze when I tried to open them! And when these things happen I try to restart, and the PC ended up freezing at restarting phrase!

This NEVER happened back when I used windows 7. If this go on I'm afraid my machine is gonna break...

For USB devices, I have a Wacom (driver installed) and a Dualshock 4 (using DS4 software) connected via USB through my laptop the whole time

This problem has been with me since my old machine (which is not for windows 10 and I installed Windows 10 on it), now I bought a new machine with windows 10 and this problem still persist!!

    Really appriciate any advice...

Did you make sure only Window 10 was loading and nothing more when using Safe Mode option? This is the test to know if your O/S is corrupted or something else installed is causing it. FYI-sometimes a ReStart is something one should always do since your not running a "Server" system. Leaving it running eventually causes issues of RAM allocation problem and that's where you start to run into problem. A ReStart is always advised if your having software issues.
