This happen on my HP desktop PC no idea what happen. I am running Vista Ultimate. I fixed it by going in to bios and setting it back to defaults. I have a new Acer 5315-2713 laptop so desktop is collecting dust. I need it however so laptop can see printer.

I have no idea and event viewer looks normal.
