    Hmmm thanks for the heads up. Anyone with any more info on this hotfix? I get about 2:30 on battery with my 6-cell and using Power4, any other S96J owners have a battery time measurement? Let us know if your battery times improved after you install this patch.

    I think this was posted here quite a long time ago (September probably). I'm not really noticing a difference, but it does address what was previously only a reg fix.

    Yup this is definitely new. The older temp fix was released way back in spring right after the Tomshardware.com article. Best to install asap just to see if it does anything. If it does fix the problem, then great!

    Guys, this is new (the old one is different thing). This was released on 21st november 2006.

    I don't use battery in 99% of the time, so I wouldn't know if it helps. But my comp has an internal USB 2.0 Bluetooth module that used to kill battery time. I didn't know that until I unplugged it once. Battery time went up for 20 minutes.
