    Hello,

I was wondering if somebody has ASUS Ux370(u) with Windows 10 and knows whether the "default" there is to use the TPM or if it's not enabled by default.

I have a friend's ASUS Ux370u on my desk with faulty motherboard and supposedly fried TPM therefore I wonder if it's worth the attempt at recovering the data from it.

I was told the password to the login screen (I assume that's from where the Bitlocker password is derived - if I'm mistaken please do correct me.)

    Thank you all in advance.
