    This worked for me:
    Found at:
    http://www.driverheaven.net/showthread.php?t=80573

You can download the Beta version of the x64 Mobility Modder here http://users.skynet.be/FCB/files/index.htm

Download the x64 ATI Cat 5.7 Drivers with the ATI Control Panel. Install > At the Licence agreement, say no and exit the installation, then run the Modder. You should be set from there. If you get an error about Richtx.OCX, download this file: http://users.skynet.be/FCB/files/RICHTX32.OCX And put it in the C:\windows\system32 folder. that should be enough.

    Hope this helps
