I am trying to install the ATI drivers for X64 windows and keep getting a thunk exe error and a missing inf during install. I contacted ATI and they replied:

Lots of people familiar with the 64 bit drivers. Also, there are some ATI driver team members who occasionally will help out on the board. -

i got that exact same problem so just using the drivers that acer has provided.
evan the driver modder dosnt do what its supposed to it says the file is allready modded. -

You can download the Beta version of the x64 Mobility Modder here http://users.skynet.be/FCB/files/index.htm
Download the x64 ATI Cat 5.7 Drivers with the ATI Control Panel. Install > At the Licence agreement, say no and exit the installation, then run the Modder. You should be set from there. If you get an error about Richtx.OCX, download this file: http://users.skynet.be/FCB/files/RICHTX32.OCX And put it in the C:\windows\system32 folder. that should be enough.
