    AVG updates: I use a proxy server and it won't update!

    How do I configure the AVG free edition to update? Ive got a firewall. I've tried looking at the website and it doesnt say anything. Please help :)

    No firewall actually,. Just can't use it without the browser proxy :)

    I don't believe you can in the free edition. You need to update manually AFAIK.

    There used to be an update option that includes searching computer folders. But it isn't there anymore,.. The only update option is online. How do I work this thing?
