There is a Windows 7 Recovery DVD that come with my D900F.

On the DVD, it states that the factory has preinstalled a recovery partition on the D900F.

And that the Recovery DVD is used to restore the Partition installation of Windows 7.

May I please kindly ask if I replace the old hard disk with a new one, does the Recovery DVD also functions as a Windows 7 Installation DVD ?

Meaning that I can use the Recovery DVD to install Windows 7 from scratch if I put in an empty new hard disk into my D900F ???

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thanks

Can't say for sure without knowing what kind of machine you have or looking at the contents of the DVD.

Try it out and see.. Just put the CD in your drive and boot up, see if it allows you to install Windows, or if it runs the "Restore" process.. Careful, while I do not think it will automatically restore your system without asking you first, it *could*.

No, but it sounds like you could still make it work.
Install the new hard drive. Run the recovery DVD. It will put a recovery partition on the new drive. Run the recovery partition to install Windows.
