For some reason on XP, when I go to C:\Documents and Setting\John\ and try to alter or view any folders other than Favorites, My Documents, Desktop, and Start Menu, it says "Access is denied". I also created a folder called "New Folder", but it will now not let me look inside it, rename it, or delete it.

I am logged in as Administrator under John. Shouldn't I have access to my own folder?
