I somehow deleted a long email draft. I then tried to move it from the deleted file to another file, and it vanished entirely. I tried a google search and followed instructions to try the recover deleted email function under the folder tab, and I see the button, but it's not highlighted, as if it's not available. Nothing happens when I push it.

Is there some other way to find this email?

Found it, not the recover function (which still isn't working) but I found the email draft in another folder which I had inadvertently moved it to.
