    Hi!

I tried to install XP on my girlfriends new Acer 4715z, which comes with crappy vista installed, but it couldn't find the harddrive (SATA) ???
And when it asked if I wanted to install a ..... and raid driver before - I tried that - but it needed a normal diskdrive and it doesn't come with that - so what to do now???

    Anyone got any ideas!!! :)

The XP disc lacks the SATA drivers needed to install it. You can slipstream them in using nLite or Service Pack 2 works as well.
