Hi all
I was just about to buy the Acer 5672, when i read that only Xp PRO supports the multi core processors. The XP home edition is a little cheaper than the PRO version when buying the 5672. I can get the XP PRO from school for free. How easy is it to do a clean install, and the re-installing all the drives from scratch. Is it just better to give up the extra money (i'd rather not) and order the PRO version? Some1 who has done a clean install of PRO, pls reply..
Waiting to order the 5672
THANX

I recommend going for that option...Have had some bad experiences with the XP Pro my university gave me...had to reboot all the way back to home edition just to get rid of the pro
